The main harness for the MS, that is. Yeah, yeah, I know it took a long time, but hey, it got done. Basically, there are two independant harnesses, the only interconnection is at the connector for the main harness, where the PIP and SAW lines are connected to the MS box.
The EDIS harness is self-contained. It supplies power to the EDIS unit via a relay switched on by the same line that powers the fuel pump relay. The harness also contains the lines from the crank sensor as well as the power and signal lines to the coil pack. I used the documentation from the MS-Extra manual, but I also downloaded the EDIS patents just for background.
All those docs are now in my MS manual.
The main harness comes out of the mounting plate and splits out into one shorter bundle and one longer bundle. The longer bundle moves out along the firewall and out to the driver inner fender. The shorter harness is intended to go along the passenger side and supplies the injector power, boost controller, water injection control, and power/control for the Idle Air motor.
